Amazon OpenSearch Ingestion Pipeline

This template creates an Amazon OpenSearch ingestion pipeline with logging enabled and configurable units. It also creates a corresponding CloudWatch log group and provides the pipeline ARN and ingest endpoint URLs as outputs.
